Di studied art as part of her teacher training, and has painted all her life. In the eighties, she went back to art education and completed a foundation and HNC in fine art at Richmond college. For the last 20 years, she has run water colour classes for adults in Hampton. Her work is mainly sea and landscapes , and in our busy world are quiet reflections of the British coast and countryside ,with an emphasis on sky and water. In the last few years Di has concentrated mainly on intuitive abstract and semi abstract land and seascapes working mainly in acrylic.
