Lily Glover is a photographic artist inspired by the fragility and transience of our natural world. Her artworks explore a sense of space, movement and light, each dimension a suggestion of time and impermanence.
Lily uses photographic techniques that span both digital and historical alternative processes to draw on a range of textures, form and emotions. The resulting layered effects allow the viewer to explore the physical and emotive nuances of nature and their emotional responses to it. Further layering digitally and/or hand finishing with mixed media and precious metal leaf may be applied to complete individual artworks.
An associate of the BIPP, her photographic artworks are held in several private and commercial collections.
